2Awesome Studio (2AS) announces that “AK-xolotl” will be present at Dreamhack Beyond Indie Steam event showcase. A new public demo will also be available on Steam from October 14th to October 23rd.

Explore the world of gaming with new titles and old favorites! Dreamhack Beyond’s Indie Showcase this season will highlight a large number of games on Steam from indie developers. We invite you to come and see what is new and exciting along with featured streams where devs discuss topics about gaming.

New public demo

With AK-xolotl’s participation at this year’s Dreamhack Beyond Indie, there is also a brand new AK-xolotl public demo available for everyone right now! Head over to AK-xolotl’s steam page to download it.

This demo features some changes to the 1st biome of the game and also a lot of new features that have never been showcased to the public before: new weapon system, new rooms, early stages of the baby axolotl growing system, new enemy AI + new enemies and much more!

We are very excited to receive feedback for this new demo as we continue to be hard at work with the development of the full game, which will be releasing next year.
