The Poland-based indie games publisher PlayWay S.A. and the Canada-based indie games developer/publisher Games Incubator, today announced with great delight and thrill that their animal shelter sim “Animal Shelter Simulator” is coming to PC via Steam in Q1 2022 (don’t forget to download and play the free Prologue for”Animal Shelter”!).

Furthermore! Games Incubator, the game’s publisher/developer, has prepared a unique action to aid the homeless animals.

Animal Shelter Simulator grants the opportunity to tackle the challenging but also highly rewarding task of running a refuge for strays and rescues. It gives a great insight into how much is needed to help the abandoned and injured animals before finding them a new home. Players will also need to complete many tasks for shelter to run smoothly.

The game is going will be released in first quarter of 2022. Before that Games Incubator decided to aid the animal shelters in different parts of the world. The game’s developer is going to make a donation of 2 000 dollars for five shelters of the community’s choice. From the 25 of December, on the Animal Shelter Simulator Steam community page, players will be able to submit the shelter for animals of their choosing.

The action will be divided into two stages. From 25/12/2021 it will be possible to register shelter of your choice. Between 25/12/2021 and 9/01/2022, players will be able to cast their votes for the selected shelter. From these 10 shelters with highest count will be selected. After that community will choose 5 which will receive a donation of $ 2,000. All of the shelters submitted for donation will be contacted and verified by game’s team.

“For us, Animal Shelter Simulator is so much more than just a game!” – says Marek Parzyński, Games Incubator CEO.

“Through it, we wanted to raise the awareness of the players on the problem of homeless animals and lack of care they get. That’s also a reason we have decided to give a donation to a shelter of community’s choice.”

Animal Shelter Simulator will be available on Steam in first quarter of 2022. On that day Games Incubator will also send the donation to the chosen shelter.
