Montreal, Canada — March 3, 2020 — Canada’s premier independent game developer Behaviour™ Interactive today announced it has recruited industry veteran David Reid as the company’s first Chief Marketing Officer.

Reid brings decades of experience in video game marketing and publishing to the studio as it prepares for a new era in the company’s history, spearheading its own IPs and actively expanding its work-for-hire business.

Reid’s industry track record includes leading Microsoft’s marketing efforts for the release of Xbox 360 as Director of Platform Marketing, growing RIFT from zero to $100 million in just nine months as Senior Vice President Publishing at Trion Worlds, and driving the critically acclaimed MMO EVE Online beyond 500,000 subscribers as CMO and Executive Producer at CCP Games.

This talent for taking platforms and games to the head of their class is now being applied to Dead by Daylight and Behaviour’s growing roster of original titles.
