Barcelona, Spain – January 19, 2024.
Global publisher and distributor SelectaPlay is excited to confirm that the eagerly awaited physical boxed “Blasphemous 2” Collector’s Edition, will be releasing for Xbox consoles in early 2024.

Developed by The Game Kitchen and published by Team17, Blasphemous 2 is a brutal side-scrolling Metroidvania action platformer and was originally released in the summer of 2023 to critical acclaim. The physical Collector’s Edition will also launch for Nintendo Switch™ and PlayStation®5.

SelectaPlay is responsible for the design and creation as well as the European and North American publishing and distribution of the boxed Collector’s Edition of Blasphemous 2 and has collaborated both with The Game Kitchen and Team 17 to create an incredible physical version for fans to collect.

As well as the full version of Blasphemous 2 on console, the Collector’s Edition will include a Steelbook case with exclusive artwork, a printed instruction manual created by the developers along with a thank you letter from the Game Kitchen team, a Marca del Martitio metal coin, three art cards with new illustrations, two CD’s of music composed by Carlos Viola along with a collector’s CD cover with code to download the digital soundtrack, a printed game guide with over 60 pages of Blasphemous lore, a beautiful album of illustrations and a certificate of authenticity all housed in a specially created premium finish collector’s box.
