The Barcelona-based (Spain) indie games publisher Abylight Studios and indie games developer Abylight Barcelona, are today very excited to announce that they have just released the free ‘The Third Punic War’ DLC for their strategy/ city building game ‘Citadelum’ (the DLC is out now for PC via Steam and GOG).

Get ready to immerse yourself in the legendary campaign against Carthago for dominance over the Mediterranean Sea.

To celebrate, and for a limited time, we are celbrating a Publisher Deal on Steam. Abylight Games, including Citadelum, One Military Camp, Anoxia Station and many other hidden gems up to 90% off depending on titles.

The new DLC, The Third Punic War, is designed to provide fresh challenges:

Complex Missions: Includes new, more intricate missions that fully utilize the features introduced in our Update 2.0, “Julius.”
New Maps: Explore brand new maps offering unique gameplay challenges.
New arid biome inspired by North African landscapes.

We also introduced some changes and fixes:

New languages: Traditional Chinese, Korean.
Updated the game to a Unity version that patches the security vulnerability found in previous versions.
Fixed a bug that prevented the use of non-English characters (non-Latin characters).
Improved several tutorials that could lead to confusion/misunderstanding.
Various fixes related to the display and rendering of Chinese and Japanese characters.

The Third Punic War is the fourth free campaign coming to Citadelum, following The Last Conqueror of Britannia,The Lost Eagles of Germania and The Gallic Wars. Enjoy all campaigns with the additional options of the Citadelum 2.0 “Julius” update.
