Los Angeles, USA – January 28, 2025 – AdHoc Studio is thrilled to announce that its critically acclaimed superhero comedy, Dispatch, is now available on both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Following massive commercial success with over 3 million copies sold, the title brings its unique brand of chaotic hero management to Nintendo handhelds for the first time.

Players can now take their team of dysfunctional misfits anywhere. Every purchase on Nintendo Switch includes a seamless, free digital upgrade for the Nintendo Switch 2. This enhanced version delivers a significant performance boost, leaping from the Switch’s 30fps at 720p to a crisp 60fps at 1440p resolution.

From the writers and directors behind Tales from the Borderlands and The Wolf Among Us, the Steam ‘Outstanding Story-Rich Game’ winner arrives on the Nintendo ecosystem as a major awards contender, having been BAFTA long-listed in 10 categories, while receiving six nominations at the 9th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards, including Game of the Year.

In Dispatch players step into the role of Robert Robertson III – formerly the legendary “Mecha Man” – who now leads a rehabilitation program for ex-supervillains. Players must dispatch this chaotic crew on high-stakes missions across Los Angeles, balancing raw superpowers against the heroes’ deep-seated quirks, flaws, and personal baggage, all brought to life by the likes of Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad), Laura Bailey (The Last of Us Part II), Jeffrey Wright (The Batman), and Erin Yvette (Hades II).

AdHoc Studio has worked with Nintendo to ensure the content within the title met the criteria to release on their platforms, but the core narrative and gameplay experience remains identical to the original release.
