Press release:
[23 October 2026], Singapore – After almost two years in Early Access, Spiral Up Games is proud to announce that turn-based management strategy game Dungeon Inn has officially launched on Steam.
Version 1.0 brings Dungeon Inn’s double-dealing adventure to its grand finale, completing the 12-chapter campaign. In total, eight chapters have been added since the game first launched in Early Access. Now with over 20 hours of gameplay, players can experience Sara’s full story alongside new adventurers, inn upgrades, events, gameplay mechanics, and plenty of refinements along the way.
Dungeon Inn is available on Steam for US$14.99, with a 20% launch discount for the first two weeks. Several new Steam bundles are also available at launch, including collaborations with Minami Lane and News Tower.
Cat Society, the developers of Dungeon Inn, shares:
“We’re incredibly excited and a little nervous to finally bring Dungeon Inn to its full release. The support and thoughtful feedback we’ve received throughout Early Access have given us the motivation to keep improving the game, addressing its shortcomings while making the parts players enjoy even better.”
“We hope you’ll enjoy everything we’ve worked on and, most of all, see Sara and her friends’ journey through to the very end!”
About Dungeon Inn
In Dungeon Inn, you play as Sara, an opportunistic innkeeper who strikes a deal with a dragon to open an inn at the entrance of a bustling dungeon. Secretly serve two rival adventurer guilds, profit from both sides, and make sure neither discovers your double-dealing.
Key Features
Fresh take on inn management
Instead of deliberating over decorations or serving customers one by one, lure adventurers to your inn, manipulate their movements, and make sure the two rival guilds never cross paths.
Plan, adapt, and outsmart
Control guest arrivals, react to unexpected events, and adjust your plans when things inevitably go sideways. Keep suspicion low, both guilds happy, and the profits rolling in.
Reinvest your profits
Capitalism never sleeps. Pour those hard-earned coins back into your business by unlocking new facilities and skills, giving you more ways to optimize your inn and scheme your way to success.
Charming storybook fantasy
Follow Sara and her friends through a colorful, hand-drawn fantasy world filled with unexpected trouble and playful humor as they try to keep their increasingly questionable business afloat.
Play it your way
Choose from three difficulty settings to enjoy the story at your own pace or put your planning skills to the test. Alternatively, shape your own run in Challenge Mode, starting with the basics and building your strategy week by week with rewards and skills of your choice.
What’s New
New Chapters 10-12 will bring Sara and her friends’ story to its conclusion. Take on new orders from the Merchant Guild, dabble in the questionable contraband trade, and brave seasonal weather hazards like deadly blizzards that can leave unprepared adventurers frozen in their tracks.
The Fame system has also been revamped to add more layers of strategy to both Story and Challenge Modes (formerly known as Endless Mode), offering more options when planning between rounds. With suspicion harder to manage, players will need to balance risk, rewards, and profits more carefully than ever.
