Munich, February 19th – Embracer Group AB’s indirectly wholly owned subsidiary Koch Media GmbH, Höfen, has today entered into an agreement to acquire the Paris and Marseille based Voxler SAS, a leading developer of music and karaoke games.

Nicolas Delorme will function as Studio Head to drive the development of future new titles, and iterations of well-known franchises such as the Let’s Sing series.

The acquisition includes the development studio and all intellectual property rights.
