FRAG draws inspiration from Overwatch and Clash Royale in a bid to conquer mobile market with ‘best ever hero shooter’ designed exclusively for mobile devices!

Paris, France – xxth July, 2018: Following last week’s news that Paris based mobile studio, Oh BiBi have received a massive $21 Million Series B investment, led by Atomico (of Supercell, Rovio, Teatime and Bossa Studios investment fund fame), we can now announce that it’s first title under the deal, FRAG will launch for iOS and Android early 2019, with a soft launch across some territories scheduled for 9th July. However, a beta version can be applied for by all from the Oh BiBi website here.

Oh BiBi is on a mission to create beautiful, fun and seductive mobile-first experiences of the world’s most successful PC and console game genres. FRAG features real time multiplayer matches where players control a team in ‘short but epic’ battles. Teams feature five unique heroes each with different weapons and abilities. Players can collect over 40 heroes from which they will assemble a team of five to take into the arena resulting in action-packed gameplay that is intense, intuitive and fun.

Oh BiBi co-founder and COO Martial Valery said, “When we started working on FRAG 6 months ago, we knew there was no reason why a shooter game could not dominate the top grossing rankings for mobile games. Now Fortnite has demonstrated it was possible, we’re ready to challenge their claim for best mobile shooter and with Atomico onboard, as one of the most active VCs investing in the games sector today, we are well equipped to scale and looking forward to the challenge.”

In addition to gameplay, Oh BiBi have implemented a social platform within FRAG which goes beyond the game itself integrating communication and video sharing into the heart of the experience. These social features seamlessly complement gameplay helping gamers simply record and socialise their FRAG experience with friends and other gamers across their networks.
