Mechanics

Do you feel like your house is too small for your needs? Or perhaps you bought a car and want to park it under a roof rather than a tree? Thanks to the Farm DLC, house extensions are now within easy reach! Lack of space will no longer be a problem, so let your creativity run wild.

When familiarizing yourself with the new neighborhood, you may notice a couple of roofs in poor condition. Fortunately, their residents won’t be doomed to feel the water dripping onto their heads forever. They got you, and you have the opportunity to check out another one of the new mechanics — repair the roof or build the new one! What’s more, you won’t have to climb the ladder to reach the desired height. From now on, you have the mobile scaffolding at your disposal… or even the grappling hook, if you enjoy a more dynamic mode of locomotion.

The surrounding landscapes are breathtaking – just look at the colorful tulip fields and the monumental mountains! The appropriate distance from the city and huge green spaces make the air crystal clear, so it would be a pity not to take advantage of it. Jump on your horse, and go for a ride.

Or maybe you are a fan of taking pictures of the drone? Now you can, so get the drone up in the air! What’s more, the scenery may change, because Farm DLC introduces weather changes. Try to photograph your animals both in the rain and sunshine!

To become a true plant wizard, you need to separate some space and use it as farmland. Then choose your crops, plant them and harvest when the time comes! Nothing tastes as good as fresh vegetables straight from your own garden! Although cultivating plants is not a simple task, you have a set of completely new farming skills and a wide selection of useful tools, such as hoe or leaf blower, at your disposal.

A while ago, domestic animals brought a great deal of happiness to the House Flipper world, but the story is not over! Invite farm animals to your life and do your best to make them more than happy. Prepare a proper space for them, bearing in mind their different needs.

So, if you want to raise chickens, build a chicken coop. As a shepherd, take care to put a fence around the pasture. Or maybe you are dreaming of becoming the owner of a stud farm? Then build a stable, and make sure that the boxes are comfortable and well stocked. As for the animals, it’s worth mentioning that some of them bring you not only happiness, but also something special. Try to shave your sheep and alpacas, milk cows or encourage pigs to search for truffles.

Items

Flippers don’t live on house renovation alone. Opportunities to create and decorate are just as crucial! Luckily, the Farm DLC is packed with new content – the number of available items increases by over 1500 new objects! Thanks to this you can transform your properties into perfect countryside living spaces and have a real chance to design the farm of your dreams.

Houses

What would House Flipper be without new properties just waiting to be renovated? The Farm DLC includes 9 new houses which need you to give them a new life. You can rest assured that each one of them has its own atmosphere and story. Some of them are hiding secrets, too… But it is not everything – apart from the houses, the expansion also introduces 3 empty plots.

From now on, you have the opportunity to build your own house from scratch, and decorate it as you like to attract the potential buyers! It’s up to you how many floors you will build. Want a spacious balcony with a breathtaking view? Go ahead, build one or two… or as much as you like. Also remember, that you can build a roof or change it whenever you want.
