The China-based video games publisher 2P Games and video game developer YiFang Studios, today announced with great thrill and delight that they have just released the “Foundation” update for their farming life sim/RPG “Immortal Life” (the “Foundation” update is available right now for PC via Steam Early Access).

This new patch, available today with English language support, features a new power level called the ‘Foundation Early Stage’, flying swords as conveyance, Brother Xie’s training system. Concurrently, players will find more story events, new map areas to visit, and the long-expected enhancement of the combat system, which comes with a rework of areas like the Misty Valley Cave and the Yuhua Realm.

In addition to all this, Immortal Life is joining the Steam Trading Card system with 3 new profile backgrounds and 6 chat emotes to unlock. The emotes can also be downloaded from this link to use them on Discord, or as stickers for messaging apps like Telegram or Whatsapp.

NEW FEATURES COMING WITH THE ‘FOUNDATION UPDATE‘

Main quest extended: Brother Xie has a rebuilding plan to regain the past glory of the Guiyun Sect. Will it be as effective as he promises?
The Foundation Early Stage is now ready for cultivators to breakthrough!

ABOUT IMMORTAL LIFE
Immortal Life is a beautiful single-player management game where you take the role of a farmer aiming to deepen into the mysteries of soul cultivation. After witnessing the destruction of the cult you were about to join, you’ll flee into the valley to join its small community and work hard to help your new brothers and sisters rebuild the sect. You’ll mainly take care of the crops, but also gain money to run the organization by selling your products, construct new buildings, and get more members.

The more you help your new family, the stronger your relationship with them will become – as they open to you, you will get new items, missions, and skills.
