“Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game“, the 3v7 asymmetrical online multiplayer horror experience from Good Shepherd Entertainment and Teravision Games, has a new trailer today showcasing how the game is capturing the genuine scenery, characters, weapons and atmosphere of MGM’s 1988 cult classic film.

In this latest video, you’ll see infamous locations like the circus tent, amusement park and more compared side-by-side with their cinematic inspirations. Recreating these details is just one way Killer Klowns is working to faithfully honor and build on the world of the film in collaboration with its original directors, The Chiodo Brothers, who serve as executive producers on the game.

When murderous alien Klowns come to feed on the quiet town of Crescent Cove, the locals must work together to fight back and survive in Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game! Team up as either Klowns or humans, choose from a variety of character classes, and explore an expansive, ever-changing map with creepy surprises around every corner. Led by visionary Friday the 13th: The Game Executive Director Randy Greenback, Killer Klowns gets the blood pumping with a nightmarishly campy sense of humor and unpredictable matches that make each session fresh and exciting.
