The Bellevue-based (Washington, the US) indie games publisher tinyBuild and Ukraine-based indie games developer DOGHOWL Games, today announced with great delight and excitement that their sci-fi survival/action horror game “Level Zero: Extraction” (previously known as “Level Zero”), is now available for PC via Steam Early Access.

Publisher tinyBuild and Ukranian developer DogHowl Games have launched Level Zero: Extraction, the new high-stakes multiplayer extraction game combining tactical FPS gameplay and immersive survival horror, on Steam Early Access.

Play as teams of rival mercenaries fighting for loot, or alien monsters hunting humans from the shadows in this darkly unique spin on asymmetrical PvPvE multiplayer featuring truly unpredictable action.

The Standard Edition of Level Zero: Extraction is available today for €19.50. Deluxe and Ultimate Editions are also available, offering a Supporter Pack containing in-game starter items, plus character outfits, a digital art book and the official soundtrack. All editions of the game will have a limited-time launch discount for the first two weeks.

Developed in Unreal Engine 5 by Ukraine-based studio DogHowl Games, Level Zero: Extraction blends the heart-pounding tension of asymmetric survival horror with the high-stakes showdowns of extraction shooters to create a brand-new immersive multiplayer experience. Embark on dangerous scavenging raids – solo or with friends – where multiple mercenary teams compete for valuable loot, all while another two players hunt the humans from the shadows as deadly alien monsters that can only be killed with light.

Experienced by over 300,000 players earlier this year, Level Zero: Extraction’s hugely successful Open Beta was the second-most played demo during Steam Next Fest in June 2024. Debuting today with over 400,000 wishlists on Steam, the game will continue to evolve throughout early access with new features and improvements driven by community feedback.
