Press release:
Funstock (London, UK) – August 25th, 2023.
Today, Zerouno Games, Nuberu Games and Funstock are excited to announce that “Metal Tales: Overkill” is now physically available to buy for the PS4.

Fight against the looming curse affecting your Metal brothers and free them from an ancient evil.

Plan your path and play as you want with procedurally generated levels that will change the game every single playthrough. Will you manage to defeat all the metal gods, save the world, and become the ultimate Metal God yourself?

As legions of metalheads are stripped from their passion, only one person can really grind through the challenge and come out victorious.

Choose your path carefully through procedurally generated levels and battle the evil hordes looking to destroy you at every turn. As each playthrough will be different, grab your guitar, don your ripped jeans and dive right back into the intense action one more time.

Fight against the looming curse affecting your Metal brothers and free them from an ancient evil, with 4 unique player characters to choose from. Are you more Metallica, Iron Maiden or Black Sabbath?

Pick and choose from a mouth-watering variety of instruments and add-ons from the history of Metal: customise your game with a wide selection of the finest guitars, turn it right up with only the best amps, and summon the best tricks and tunes for the ultimate combat experience!

No play session will ever be the same! Blast through 6 unique levels with unstoppable Rock guitar energy. What’s more, you can unlock new abilities and upgraded stats between runs with the Mission System.

Don’t want to go it alone? Jam it out with a friend in Local CO-OP mode.

In your runs, you’ll encounter over 15 different enemies to beat to the beat! Then, go toe-to-toe with 8 Guitar Bosses in the ultimate Rock showdown.

Explore 3 intense environments – the Metal Den, Metal Festival and the ultimate performance stage . . . Hell itself!
