It’s a Race for the Crown This November, Metaphor: ReFantazio Coming to Nintendo Switch 2

During Nintendo Direct, ATLUS announced that Metaphor: ReFantazio, the acclaimed fantasy RPG, is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on November 12, 2026. A Steelbook Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 will also be available for a limited time at game launch.

In Metaphor: ReFantazio, players must rise above fear as they enter a vast fantasy world that is fraught with unsettling mystery. Thrust into a kingdom on the precipice of ruin, players will need to overcome obstacles and forge bonds with allies in order to control their destiny.

Metaphor: ReFantazio received rave reviews and sold one million units on launch day, making it ATLUS’ fastest-selling game to date. The RPG was one of the most critically acclaimed games of 2024, with a 94 Metacritic score and The Game Awards wins for Best Role-Playing Game, Best Narrative and Best Art Direction.

Nintendo Switch 2 players can dive into this acclaimed epic fantasy on November 12. Metaphor: ReFantazio is currently available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Steam, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
