Fans of Ironwood Studios and Kepler Interactive’s critically acclaimed driving survival adventure “Pacific Drive” can now discover a new region of the mysterious Olympic Exclusion Zone with ‘Whispers in the Woods’ – a premium downloadable expansion available now on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Revealed in the Galaxies Autumn Showcase, Ironwood Studios and Kepler Interactive surprised fans with the release of both the Pacific Drive: Whispers in the Woods DLC expansion on all platforms and the release of the original Pacific Drive game on Xbox Series X|S consoles for the first time. Xbox Game Pass subscribers also have access to the base game starting today.

As part of today’s surprising new DLC release, players can look forward to a brand-new story within a strange and mysterious part of the OEZ, discovering new junction types, anomalies, and experiencing the power of Artifacts with their bizarre and inexplicable effects.

Today’s new DLC release also comes alongside a new patch to the base Pacific Drive game on all platforms, which includes several bug fixes and significant performance improvements.

Players new to Pacific Drive can get the game on Steam, Epic Games Store, Windows Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox consoles as part of various bundles from today onward; the new ‘Ritual Edition’ offers a complete package which includes the original Pacific Drive game, the Whispers in the Woods expansion, and four previously-released cosmetic packs that allow players to personalize their trusty station wagon with space, friendly dumpster, frozen, and anomalous themes. For players looking to pick up the DLC and base game, the ‘Whispers Edition’ includes the original Pacific Drive and today’s expansion, Whispers in the Woods.
