Out of the city, onto the highway: In the course of PAX East starting this week, publisher astragon Entertainment and developer Aesir Interactive are pleased to announce the “Highway Patrol” Expansion for “Police Simulator: Patrol Officers” which will be available in Summer 2024 for PC, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series S|X and Xbox One with a new trailer!

On top of that, new players eager to dive into the full Police Simulator: Patrol Officers experience can look forward to the Gold Edition, which includes the main game, the Garage Bundle and the Highway Patrol Expansion and will also be available in Summer 2024 for PC, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series S|X and Xbox One.

The Highway Patrol Expansion for Police Simulator: Patrol Officers extends the game map beyond Brighton’s borders, opening up driveways to the bustling Brighton highway district and introducing new tasks like high speed monitoring, cargo checks on trucks, and highway assistance.

However, with the highways open, car thefts surge, leading to thrilling chases and tactical maneuvers. Equipped with the new spike strips and roadblocks, officers have even more tools to stop fleeing criminals which are particularly helpful when playing with two players in multiplayer mode.

Additionally, when it comes to accidents on the highway, they must be ready to tackle fires at accident sites using fire extinguishers. To help them accomplish all these new tasks even better, the expansion includes two new vehicles: the new Interstate Police Vehicle ensures that officers can perform their duties with a touch of vintage flair, and the Endurance Police Vehicle is equipped with a heavy-duty device that officers can use to stop fleeing vehicles at full speed.

Playable version and showcase live stream at PAX East

During this year’s PAX East event from March 21 to 24 in Boston, US, visitors will have the exclusive opportunity to test the Highway Patrol Expansion before its official release at the astragon Entertainment booth (booth 16105)!

Additionally, mark your calendars for March 23rd from 4:00PM EDT / 21:00 CET / 8:00PM GMT when the key features of the Highway Patrol Expansion will be presented in detail at the astragon PAX Showcase panel. Hosted by renowned simulation content creator Raptor, this event will be broadcasted live from the Boston Satellite Theatre. Can’t make it in person? Dive into the full Police Simulator experience with the new Gold Edition

With the Police Simulator: Patrol Officers Gold Edition, new players will not only receive the main game and the Garage Bundle with 6 vehicle DLCs, but also the brand-new Highway Patrol Expansion!

Both the Highway Patrol Expansion and the Gold Edition of Police Simulator: Patrol Officers will soon be available for pre-order on all platforms, while you can already pre-order the Highway Patrol Expansion on Steam and the Gold Edition in retail! If you plan to pre-order the Gold Edition, you can also look forward to a pre-order bonus, which will be revealed soon!

The Highway Patrol Expansion will be available in Summer 2024 for PC, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series S|X and Xbox One at a price of 19.99€ / $19.99 USD or the regional equivalent and can already be pre-ordered on Steam.

The main game is required to play.
