Treasure Lands turns Tempest in a third-person action-adventure game: armed with your cutlass and pirate pistol, you will participate in exciting swashbuckling fights and explore remote and mysterious islands in a new set of land quests, with unique and valuable rewards. But this is not all: Treasure Lands also features a new ship, the galleon. This mighty warship was used as armed cargo carriers, able to carry a heavy shipment in their hold… and armed to the teeth to defend it! Engage in trade across the seas or use its power to assault other ships: the rudder of the galleon is waiting for you, captain!
Tempest was first released for PC and Mac on August 22nd 2016, and for iOS and Android on April 18th. Focusing primarily on the most exciting elements of being a pirate – captaining your own ship and engaging in intense sea battles – the world of Tempest is set across three vast open world regions for you to discover. You will be able to create, customize and upgrade your sea vessel with different weapons such as cannons, mortars and flamethrowers, as well as powerful magical artifacts.
Then use everything in your power to plunder treasure-laden merchant ships, go cannon-to-cannon with enemy galleons, and storm land based fortresses with your crew… or to face other mysterious enemies, such as sinister cultists or fearsome mythical creatures! Hire your crew and level them up by completing quests and missions to create the most fearsome cutthroats on the high seas and then use them to board and capture other vessels. You can play solo with over 100 single-player quests, and cooperate or compete in co-op and PvP multiplayer modes and choose how ruthless and cut-throat a pirate you want to be!
