The Spain-based video games publisher Badland Publishing and indie games developer DevilishGames, are today very proud and pleased to announce that they are going to release a free demo for their upcoming 3D adventure/puzzle platformer “Onirike” via Steam on February 4th, 2021 as a part of the Steam Game Festival 2021 event (which will take place between February 3rd and 9th).
The demo will allow you to enjoy your first steps in The Orb, the dream world of Onirike, and discover areas such as The Stone Forest or The Circus. You will be able to meet some of the characters that populate it and experiment with some of Prieto’s abilities such as the power to become invisible.
This new demo is based on the final version of the game and features improved controls and subtitles in all languages that will be available in the final version of Onirike.
Dreams are fed by our own desires. They dwell within us since we are born and this is what we call them until they become real. But… have you ever wondered what happens to dreams that never come true?
Onirike is an original 3D adventure, puzzle and platformer video game which takes place in an intricate open world, designed with a non-linear narrative and presented with a peculiar audio-visual aesthetic.
Throughout the game, the player will take the role of Prieto, a strange being unaware of his own nature, but who has the rare ability to become invisible. Exploration, stealth and cultivating gypsophila flowers will be key to unveiling the story of Prieto and the orb in which he lives.
