The Shanghai-based (China) indie games publisher Spiral Up Games and indie games developer Befun Studio, today announced with great delight and thrill that their anime-styled coffee shop management/card battler/RPG “Affogato”, is now available for PC via Steam for 16,99 USD.

In celebration of the release, gamers can take advantage of a special 15% launch discount during the next week. In addition, an original soundtrack (OST) for Affogato will be released, the pack with the game and OST will be available at a special bundle price of $20 USD.

Affogato weaves together a unique blend of café management, ‘reverse tower defense’ battles and coffee artistry, all within an engaging narrative illustrated with beautiful anime aesthetics. As a sorceress managing a café in a city teeming with magic, you’ll serve customers bearing intriguing stories and inner battles.

With the power to delve into their minds, engage in intense reverse tower defense battles and use an impressive selection of Witch Cards to help them triumph over their inner demons. Embark on this enchanting journey and breathe life back into the city of eternal night.

“Affogato provides 30 unique levels through the main story alongside and hours of engaging, humorous dialogue. The game’s stellar voice cast and beautifully drawn CGs will appeal to visual novel players, while the life-management system feels right at home for Persona fans. The combat system is simplistic, but it’s satisfying to play as I strengthen my deck and fight some of the game’s unique bosses. Additionally, the miscellaneous timed challenges are also really fun to play through to earn points and redeem additional rewards.”
