The China-based indie games developers 2P Games and Hermit Games are today very happy and excited to announce that they have just released the v0.4 update for their anime-themed rouge-like dungeon crawler “Nigate Tale” (the new major update is available right now for PC via Steam Early Access).

This long-awaited patch comes to Steam after a closed beta period that allowed the game’s current player base to test most of its planned content, featuring a new chapter of the story and places to visit in the castle, more friends to meet, and a complete revamp of its user interface. Plus, the sewers of the fortress and some of the most common enemies have been redesigned! Check out all the details about this major update and its new features here.

ABOUT NIGATE TALE
After being sucked by a strange cloud, a crafty engineer named Roy finds himself trapped inside a weird castle. His flying transport seems to be broken and lost throughout the place, so the only way to escape goes through exploring it and gathering all the components. But it won’t be easy: the fortress is full of dangerous monsters who were courtiers long ago – and they’ll try to kill Roy! Also, the castle is trapped in a never-ending loop that will send him back to square one every time he dies.

The path will change, but the protagonist’s experience and items will remain. Fortunately, Roy will find new allies too! Some monster girls will teach him incredible powers to defeat the most powerful enemies and unveil the secret of the fortress.build and customise your town with total freedom!
