The Atlanta-based (the US) indie games developer +Mpact Games are today very happy and excited to announce that their award-winning samurai multiplayer melee action game “Hanako: Honor & Blade” is now F2P for PC via Steam.

About Hanako: Honor & Blade:
Hanako: Honor & Blade is a multiplayer melee experience set in Feudal Japan, with up to 24 players. Become one of four distinct warrior classes. Dominate the battlefield through multiple game modes and maps. —— Full Release September 15th, 2021… 14 years in the making!

Features:

Journey across feudal Japan
March into battle on a symbolic campaign representing a personal trial of life and death of lost loved ones. Experience multiple levels and game modes to bring peace or chaos, in (up to) 24 player online battles.

Dominate the battlefield
Play as one of four distinct warrior classes including the capable swordsman, powerful spearman, eagle-eyed archer, or nimble ninja.

Master combat
Master the blade or bow through discovery of different attacks, abilities and combos. Our combat system features multiple offensive stances driven by your movement, defensive techniques (such as the grappling hook) and skills (ranging from acrobatic combos to multi-enemy sweeps to multi-hit combos).
