The China-based indie games publisher/developer NetEase Games and mobile game developer Clicktouch Technology, today announced with great excitement and delight that their casual sim RPG “Vikingard” is now open for pre-registration for iOS and Android devices.

Vikingard has milestone rewards based on the number of players who pre-register their interest in the game. Vikingard Is About Ruling A Viking Clan & Leading Them To Victory On The Battlefield!

Vikingard is a casual sim RPG set during the age of Vikings. You play as the heir of the Fharun Tribe, who must gather warriors to their banner and lead their clan to victory. This is done by winning battles, exploring the vast world, and ruling over your people. Vikingard features dynamic gameplay, fully developed characters, and a gripping storyline, set among the end of Winter and the dawning of a new age.

A warrior need not fight alone, as Vikingard allows players to gather the mighty hersirs to their cause. These are valiant Viking warriors and heroic Valkyries who fight at your command. The hersirs are brought to life with gorgeous artwork and high-quality animations. The player can upgrade the level, aptitude, stats, and weapon skills of their chosen hersis, and use them to top the leaderboards.

The Fharun Tribe starts in Scandinavia, but they will soon spread out and explore continental Europe in search of adventure and plunder. There are many dangers and foes out in the wilderness and players’ choices will have consequences. Players can take part in an Alliance Clash and prove their cunning on the battlefield, while helping to grow their alliance and crushing enemies in combat.

There is more to a Viking’s life than battle, as you can romance the companions you meet on your journey. You can shower them with presents to show your affection, take them on dates, and share many romantic moments with them. It’s even possible to sire heirs and appoint hersirs to train the next generation of warriors, so they may take their place at your side on the battlefield. The player can also take on pets, which are as adorable as they are deadly, and can protect the tribe from harm.

Vikingard allows players to conquer, explore, and find love in the age of heroes. It’s also possible to have fun in the Mead Hall with players from across all servers, including participating in Viking-themed mini-games. Vikingard lets players tell their own Viking epic and those who pre-register will be among the first chiefs to carve their name in history.
