Press release:
31 March, 2026. Indie developer NullRef Entertainment is thrilled to announce Chop Chop Inc., a cozy crafting game packed with weirdos, secrets, and trees begging for violence. Coming to PC via Steam later in 2026, Chop Chop Inc. combines hands-on crafting with chaotic comedy. Life is simple: chop wood, craft furniture, sell it, and grow your business. What could possibly go wrong?

From humble beginnings with nothing but an axe and ambition, Chop Chop Inc. lets you master furniture crafting, expand your empire, and unlock a world of chaotic, cozy fun. Upgrade machines, optimize production lines, and turn handcrafted chaos into a thriving, quirky business.

Cut, Process, Craft, Distribute

After getting fired from the mighty Furnox Corp., you start over with nothing but an axe, a few trees, and a burning desire for revenge (and maybe profit). Trees come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and occasionally defy the laws of physics, but if it stands upright and looks vaguely choppable… congratulations, it’s firewood now. Logs are cut into planks, planks become furniture, and furniture becomes cash, letting you slowly build a small business into a full-blown furniture empire.

Crafting in Chop Chop Inc. is as creative as it is chaotic. You can make deeply unnecessary but deeply impressive designs like wooden PCs, splintery weight benches, and countless other items you probably never imagined could exist in wood. Overengineering is not just allowed, it’s encouraged. Every creation can be sold to nearby cities, earning money, confusing customers, and letting your production chain grow in complexity and scale.

Grow Your Empire

Reinvest your earnings into better tools, faster machines, and smarter automation. Unlock new areas and rare tree types to expand your operation step by step. As your business grows, so does your character: strength and stamina upgrades allow you to chop and craft more efficiently, and even your cooking skills matter. Delicious meals made from gathered resources boost your stats because nothing fuels industrial-scale lumber destruction like a hearty stew.

Along the way, you’ll meet quirky characters with unique personalities. Befriend them, help them, and integrate them into your production line, entirely voluntarily, of course. Secrets lurk around every corner, waiting to be discovered as you build your headquarters and leave your mark on a city that has never seen this much wood.

Wishlist Chop Chop Inc. on Steam now and prepare to embrace the cozy, chaotic, wooden adventure of a lifetime!
