Press release:
Liège, Belgium – June 1st, 2026 – Independent developer N-Zone is thrilled to officially unveil MegaGum, an imaginative 3D bubble-punk platformer that seamlessly blends high-energy action, environmental puzzling, and deep storytelling. Stepping into a vibrant yet deeply unsettling world, players will harness gravity-defying, gum-powered mechanics to infiltrate a colossal corporate empire built on a foundation of sugar-coated secrets.

Enter the Factory. Discover the Truth.
In the world of MegaGum, Gum is absolutely everything: it serves as the planet’s primary energy source, its foundational building material, and a universal symbol of hope. Originally invented by the brilliant and reclusive Mister Gum, this miracle substance was publicly marketed as a way to bring sweetness back to a fractured, broken society.

However, sweet promises always come at a cost. Players step into the shoes of Uja, a resilient teenager haunted by the sudden, unexplained disappearance of her parents. During an orphanage visit, she discovers that her missing parents might still be alive in Mister Gum’s industrial complex. Driven by unanswered questions and refusing to let the past go, Uja bravely decides to search for them in the factory

An Unlikely Duo in a Rotting System
Deep within the belly of the facility, Uja crosses paths with Minigum, a diminutive, sentient Gummy creature originally engineered solely to maintain the factory’s heavy machinery. Possessing an unexpected streak of curiosity and self-awareness, Minigum has begun to question its pre-programmed role and the true motivations of its creator.

Forming an unbreakable alliance, this unlikely duo must work together to ascend floor by floor through the factory’s strictly guarded departments. Standing in their way are intricate traps, mind-bending logistical puzzles, and the watchful eyes of Mister Gum’s eccentric lieutenants dedicated to protecting a corporate system that is decaying from the inside out.

Explore, Solve, Survive
MegaGum merges tight 3D platforming with tactical, light combat encounters and environmental puzzles that demand keen observation. By mastering Uja’s specialized arsenal, players will learn to jump, glide, fight, freeze hazards, and seamlessly walk on walls using high-impact, Gum-powered abilities.

Every new sector of the factory acts as a mechanical playground, introducing fresh gameplay ideas, giving players complex machinery to manipulate, and tasking them with avoiding lethal factory hazards. True to its adventure roots, MegaGum rewards curiosity, allowing players to uncover hidden paths and piece together a dark story of loss, corporate power, and deception at their own pace.

Game Features:

Gum-Powered Movement: Use versatile, gum-infused traversal mechanics to effortlessly glide across massive factory chasms and run directly along walls.
Handcrafted Corporate Departments: Climb floor by floor through unique facility sectors, each bringing entirely new environmental hazards, puzzle mechanics, and eccentric boss encounters.
Dynamic Duo: Pair Uja’s combat and traversal gear with Minigum’s technical assistance to outsmart security systems and manipulate complex machinery.
A Visual and Narrative Contrast: Experience a compelling narrative that juxtaposes bright, beautifully animated 3D aesthetics with a mature, atmospheric dive into themes of institutional control and personal loss.

Stay tuned for more information.
