The Dunedin-based (New Zealand) award-winning independent game developer Runaway Play, are today very happy and excited to announce that their cozy nature exploration game “Flutter Away“, is now available for PC (via Steam) and the Nintendo Switch (via the Nintendo Eshop).

Embrace the quieter side of life in the breathtaking Amazon rainforest on a five day retreat as a butterfly researcher. Meet cuddly critters of all kinds, noting their particular habits and lifestyles in your handy journal, while learning about their friendly forest home.

Document all of the lovable animals, graceful butterflies, and teeny insects hiding in the Amazon. Capture photos of every finding and note each footprint and birdcall along the way.

Explore the allure of fragrant flowers and bioluminescent mushrooms gleaming under the night sky, while seeking out bugs, frogs, and other fascinating creatures in the lush evergreen. Appreciate everything nature has to offer as day turns to night amidst flowing waterfalls and multi-colored sunsets. There’s much to explore in both the glittering daytime and starry nighttime!
