Les Mills XR Bodycombat won Meta’s Best App Award in 2022 and now this new XR dance program aims to get you dancing, learning, and enjoying a guided dance class with top-notch instructors. With more than 25 choreos, different genres and dance styles, 5 Les Mills official presenters, and over 45 licensed tracks by Monstercat, you are sure to get moving the minute you boot up your headset.

Once again Odders, XR developers, and Les Mills, world leaders in group fitness, join forces to bring a new app set to revolutionize the way people dance and exercise at home. Les Mills XR Dance benefits from the experience both companies have in their fields to offer an app that is both fun and effective. Following the hallmark of Les Mills, the 5 official presenters of Les Mills Dance program (Gandalf, Danni, Bianca, Summer and Meno) will be at the center of the stage, teaching the player the best dance choreos from a wide range of music styles: pop, club, vibe and jam.

Every music style has a visually stunning 3D environment full of details and personality that will immerse the player into the dancing class. Taking advantage of Meta Quest 3 latest Mixed Reality technology, players will also be able to use their own room to play each session. Les Mills XR Dance is suitable for newcomers and experienced dancers alike thanks to 3 difficulty levels that will guide any beginner to a master level through fun, and engaging practice. With more than 25 dance routines and over 45 licensed Monstercat songs Les Mills Dance has tons of content available with just a one time payment of $29,99, although more content is in the works and it will arrive through future updates over the following months.
