The Frisco-based (Texas, the US) indie games publisher Gearbox Publishing and Montpellier-based (France) indie games developer Magic Design Studios, are today very happy and excited to announce that their darkly charming roguelike “Have a Nice Death”, is now available on Xbox Game Pass.

Millions of mortals from around the world who are subscribed to Xbox Game Pass can don their cloaks and grab their scythes as they take on the role of Death Incorporated’s CEO, Death, and experience this hack’n’scythe adventure today.

From publisher Arc Games and developer Magic Design Studios, Have a Nice Death is a delightfully dark action roguelike adventure, which has players assume the role of Death, leader of the underworld corporation responsible for processing souls in the afterlife.

As the company’s supreme leader, players will explore the darkly charming, procedurally generated departments of the corporation’s headquarters to round up and rehabilitate rogue associates who have been ignoring company protocol and snatching up far too many souls on Earth.

Getting the department bosses—also known as Sorrows—and their minions under control, however, is a difficult task and will require multiple runs to complete. Players can utilize over 70 weapons and spells, along with an array of powerful upgrades, to get the job done and show everyone who’s boss!

Have a Nice Death is also available on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.
