Press release:
The China-based indie games studio Stove Studio are today very happy and thrilled to announce that their Egyptian-themed strategy game “Warriors of the Nile” is coming to PC via Steam in August this summer.
Unlike most traditional strategy games, Warriors of the Nile provides a faster-paced combat experience in a 9 by 9 map. On top of that the game includes roguelite mechanics. Every time you finish a level, players get to choose one tablet from the three that will help in enhancing their characters in various ways. With this mechanism, players will be able to try different builds which will always be bringing fresh new experiences.
The demo of Warriors of the Nile is now available on Steam. Players can download and play it for free until the official release. The demo features one complete stage which includes nine levels and the core tablet system. The official screenshots suggest more systems such as equipment, carvings and citadel building.
Features:
– Ancient Egyptian theme and characters
– Fast-paced strategy
– Three unique units
– Use various tablets to build your elite team
– Random levels and powerful bosses
– Rewarding and changeful gameplay
