The Walnut Creek-based (CA, the US) indie games publisher Maximum Entertainment and Almaty-based (Kazakhstan) indie games developer Goodwin Games, are today very happy and proud to announce that their emotional exploration game “Selfloss”, is coming to PC (via Steam) and consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X, and the Nintendo Switch) on September 12th, 2024.

Set in a whale-worshipping world, players take on the role of Kazimir, a healer on a quest to cure the mysterious disease that corrupts his world. Throughout their journey, players will meet memorable characters and use the light of their magic staff to fight the Miasm – the mysterious disease that overran the world.

Travelling by boat or on foot across a stunning landscape rich with lore and secrets to uncover, players will explore a world inspired by Slavic and Icelandic myths as they help others overcome hardships and grief.

Selfloss is developed by Goodwin Games and published by Maximum Entertainment. Coming to PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch from 12th September. Fans can wishlist now on Steam and PlayStation 5. Physical versions will also be coming to PS5 & Nintendo Switch from 13th September.
