The California-based (the US) solo indie games developer Daniel Jooryabi today announced with great delight and thrill that his family-friendly adventure/platformer/RPG “Mac’s World” is soon coming to iOS and Android devices worldwide.

Mac’s World brings players out of the doghouse and into a world of adventure where you play as Mac, an adorable (and very determined) pup. Join Mac and his offbeat group of pet companions as he sniffs and sprints his way through the halls of a mysterious mansion, filled with feasts and foes alike.

Inspired by adventure games & classic platformers such as Luigi’s Mansion and Banjo Kazooie, Mac’s World is a single-player experience that lets users of all ages put their skills to the test.

Check in with Rigby the Marvelous Hamster, a small but mighty friend who guides Mac through each level and presents him with challenges. Collect chicken legs throughout the house that double as both a delicious treat and in-game currency. To complete each level, Mac must search for keys and face his fears by taking on formidable enemies with his trusty frying pan. And watch out for those traps!
