The Greatest Battle of All Time

The popular map Katalam returns, this time in the form of an enormous battlefield. Several times each week, it opens its gates to brave PvP warriors.

In a world overflowing with superlatives, the size of this clash really takes on epic proportions, with up to 2,000 AION fans facing off against one another. Players who prefer the intimacy of the duel can instead try their skills against opponents in the new Orbis Training Arena, where faction allegiance plays no role.

Party in Atreia

The update also delivers a PvE challenge with Beninerk’s Manor, a seemingly innocuous quest that leads players to a party — only to find themselves in an ambush! Up to 12 adventurers can take on this quest together, but they’ll quickly discover that only the best can survive. A perfidious boss has the group in his sights and won’t go down without a serious fight.

New Transformations and More

The new transformations — six legendary and one ultimate — offer even more gaming thrills. Players can improve their attack or defense stats and become an even greater pivot in the war between light and shadow.

Opponents in the popular Tower of Challenge instance meanwhile now drop rewards directly and no longer need to be exchanged for coins — just one of the many improvements coming with the new update.
