Barcelona, Spain. May 15th, 2025.
The Barcelona-based (Spain) indie games publisher JanduSoft and indie games developer Team Stargazers, today announced with huge delight and excitement that their fast-paced 2D platformer “Aureole – Wings of Hope” is now, available for PC (via Steam) and consoles (PS5 and the Nintendo Switch) via digital stores.

Pre-orders are also now available for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, with the official release set for May 22. Playstation 4 version is coming next week.

As a tribute to classic 16-bit gaming, Aureole – Wings of Hope also features a free Steam DLC including a digital manual and a Mega Drive ROM prototype.

Originally part of a limited press-only kit, this nostalgic content is now available to all Steam players.

Inspired by classics like Sonic, Celeste, and Super Meat Boy, Aureole – Wings of Hope offers players high-speed precision platforming with a unique twist: instead of direct control, you launch your character (a celestial aureole) through carefully calculated impulses. Mastering the game’s physics, gravity, and terrain is the key to reaching the end of each level as quickly as possible.

The story follows Ramila and Ryleth, two celestial angels on a mission to reclaim their homeland from the clutches of the Demon King. With vibrant art, and simple and precise controls, Aureole is a must-have game for fans of challenging and stylish platformers.
