Press release:
Vilnius, Lithuania – October 23, 2025.
The Vilnius-based (Lithuania) indie games publisher Nordcurrent Labs and Novska-based (Croatia) indie games developer Misfit Village, are today very glad and thrilled to announce that their SCP-inspired first-person horror/adventure “Go Home Annie“, is coming to consoles (PS5 and Xbox Series X/S) in early 2026.

Furthermore, Nordcurrent Labs and Misfit Village also just announced that “Go Home Annie“ will simultaneously receive a free content update on PC..

Go Home Annie casts players as Annie, an entry-level operative within the SCP Foundation – a clandestine organization dedicated to securing and containing anomalous entities while safeguarding humanity. Assigned to the Foundation’s enigmatic Replication Division, Annie must test synthetically engineered paranormal phenomena while solving intricate puzzles, engaging with otherworldly entities, and exploring branching narrative paths to expose the division’s buried secrets.

The game poses unsettling questions for players: Why would an organization built on the principle of “Secure, Contain, Protect” establish a division devoted to replicating the very anomalies it’s meant to suppress? Why does Annie face endless cycles of testing identical replicas with unchanging results? Players must make consequential choices to discover their true purpose.

Go Home Annie offers twisted gameplay mechanics that allow players to harness anomalies as tools to solve puzzles and progress through the facility. Exploration takes players through the Replication Division’s labyrinthine corridors, where failed experiments and escaped subjects lurk around every corner. Fans of the SCP Foundation will encounter familiar anomalies reimagined in unexpected ways, alongside cuts from the Foundation Wiki’s lesser-known entries, offering a fresh perspective on established lore.

For more information on Go Home Annie, visit the official website or its Steam store page.
