The Istanbul-based (Türkiye) indie games developer Recontact Games are today very proud and happy to announce that their FMV and 2D platforming sci-fi adventure “Nazar“, is now available on Steam.

Nazar is a former fortune-teller turned psychic operative navigating an immersive game set in the mystical realm of Cappadocia. Harnessing his unique ability to peer into the future, he must solve puzzles and use astral projection to shape outcomes and confront the dark Fatum Order threatening the world.

Guided by the power of Zener cards, the protagonist unlocks deeper psychic potential as he journeys through an adventure filled with Anatolian lore, arcane rituals, and futuristic technology. Created by the award-winning FMV director Dr. Eray Dinç and inspired by Turkish shadow puppetry, the game combines interactive cinema and platforming, enhanced by Inon Zur’s evocative soundtrack.

Nazar faces external threats and his unresolved past, supported by his assistant, Tela. In a world where quantum physics meets ancient mysticism, he must use his gifts to navigate Cappadocia’s rich tapestry and prevent a dark future.
