The London-based (the UK) indie games publisher Fireshine Games and Linköping-based (Sweden) indie games developer Pugstorm, are today very excited and happy to announce that the full version (v1.0) of their mining sandbox game “Core Keeper”, is coming to PC (via Steam) and consoles (PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch) through digital stores on August 27th, 2024.

The PC version will also leave Steam Early Access and launch as a full release the same day, with a huge 1.0 update featuring new content, features and quality of life improvements in parity with the console versions. For an early look at the new content coming in Core Keeper’s 1.0 update, look out for the world premiere of the 1.0 Content Reveal Trailer in June.

Nominated for ‘Best Early Access Launch’ at the Golden Joystick Awards 2022 and with over 2 million copies already sold, Core Keeper is an award-winning mining sandbox adventure that can be played single-player or with friends, and where your choices shape an epic journey.

Core Keeper will be available physically and digitally on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PS5 and PS4, and digital-only on Xbox Series S and PC.
