The Seattle-based (the US) indie games publisher tinyBuild and Russia-based indie games developer Konfa Games, today announced with great thrill and delight that the full version of their roguelike tactical auto-battler “Despot’s Game“, is now available for PC via Steam and Xbox via the Microsoft store.

“Despot’s Game: Dystopian Army Builder”, the roguelike tactical auto-battler where commanders build their squad of puny humans into a legion of wizards, ninjas, and dozens of other heroes while leading them through a strange post-apocalyptic labyrinth.

Developer Konfa Games and publisher tinyBuild invites Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5|4 versions to join the feeble masses in late 2022.

Despot’s Game 1.0 release debuts new quests, enemies, mutations, and a full head-bopping soundtrack.

Enter a demented maze of horrors, strategically navigating a spunky platoon of bare-bottom humans to freedom. Continuously make decisions down the perilous path, from sacrifice to ghoulish mutations of troops. Carefully calculate attacks choosing from 10 different classes, combined with a catalog of over 50 weapons for a myriad of ways to approach the battlefield.

Splice soldiers’ DNA with dozens of genetic alterations to give distinct abilities like shooting fireballs or passives like sticky blood to slow opponents. Take on a variety of evil enemies from demons and tentacle monsters to cyborg samurais and even the guard dog of hell, Cerberus.

Experience all the thrills Despot has to offer from its traditional game mode, amassing a brigade and fighting to the end. Turn up the difficulty with King of the Hill where the forged army faces its hardest adversaries yet, other players.

Start from the bottom and meticulously craft a synergetic entourage to enter the glorious realm of PvP. Try out the new massacre mode, a more streamlined approach to online matches. Join a lobby to quickly enter games and find out whose band of brothers will triumph in classic auto-battler combat.
