LOS ANGELES – 9 Dec 2025 – Netherworld Covenant, the roguelike with tactical, soulslike combat from developer MadGoat and publisher Infini Fun, claims new allies for its 1.0 launch today on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Face decrepit foes in new ways with the 1.0 version, including four new weapon types and additional character classes. Overcome boss battles countless times in the Boss Rush Mode, along with shuffled maps and randomized encounters in the Chaos Mode. Other additions include new accessories, skins, and two story chapters with a full ending.

As a survivor of a cataclysmic disaster, bridge the mortal and nether realms with an ancient artifact known as the Nether Lantern. Cross dilapidated bridges and dimly-lit caverns to survive onslaughts of once-knoble knights, fallen lords, and decaying demons. Weave parries and dodges alongside offensive attacks throughout each encounter.

Summon trusty Soul Companions to aid in battles, including the Swordsman, Ranger, Guardian, and Rogue classes. Harness their power to phase through obstacles or evade fatal blows. Take a reprieve after each onslaught to replenish supplies, upgrade abilities, and form alliances before delving into battle against ferocious boss battles.
