Press release:
Monday, 22nd April 2024 .
The Wakefield-based (the UK) indie games publisher and developer Team 17 and indie games developer Ernestas Norvaišas, are today very proud and excited to announce that the full version (v1.0) of their train-led city builder “Sweet Transit”, is now available for PC via Steam and EGS.
“Sweet Transit” combines system automation, city building, and the potential for players to craft an intricate and crucial rail network for their settlement. The 1.0 update introduces new Civic Buildings, Production Chains, newspaper stories, and a new population tier, along with a collection of quality-of-life changes and bug fixes, adding on to the four previous major updates since its launch into Steam Early Access in 2022.
Also hitting the tracks this summer, the Electrifying Update brings power to the people, quite literally. The update will allow players to bring electricity to their cities, unlocking new ways to build their network, with electric tracks, wind turbines, electric trains, power poles, substations, and more!
