Press release:
Bristol, United Kingdom — 7 March, 2024.
The Bristol-based (the UK) indie games publisher Yogscast Games  and Riga-based (Latvia) indie games developer Team HalfBeard, are today very happy and proud to announce that the full version (v1.0) of their cute and cosy colony sim “Time to Morp”, is now available for PC via Steam.

“Time to Morp” sends players hurtling into a vast world boasting diverse biomes, inhabited by cute little creatures the mischievous Morps. Befriend these unique creatures and enlist their aid in gathering resources and exploring Time to Morp’s whimsical world.

As a colony sim, players can build and fully automate their very own base using all manner of decorations and technology. Plant pretty trees or prioritise efficiency – the choice is theirs. The creativity doesn’t stop there either, with terraforming tools offering even more opportunities for customisation, allowing for a truly personal experience.

As an intern on their very first mission, while traversing and unearthing the many secrets of this unknown planet, players will have the chance to prove themselves to their fellow crewmates. Assisting with tasks and events will see them venture into uncharted lands, uncover rare resources and buddy up with all new species of Morp. What’s more, they can do so alone or with friends, with Time to Morp supporting up to 4 player co-op for those in need of questing companions.

Time to Morp is available to purchase now on Steam at a 20% discount — available for two weeks — to celebrate launch ($15.99 / £13.40 / €15.60), returning to its base price of $19.99 / £16.75 / €19.50 following this period. Those that downloaded and played Time to Morp: First Contact can also bag a bargain and add it to their library at the discounted price of $14.39 / £12.06 / €14.04. Be sure to start your adventure today! For more information on Time to Morp, you can check out the official website here.
