The Dundee-based (Scotland) indie games developer Team Terrible today announced with great delight and excitement that their Lovecraftian babysitting game “The Baby in Yellow”, is coming to Steam Early Access on May 26th (2023), alongside the major content update dubbed “The Black Cat” which is coming for iOS, Android and, Windows.

“We are so excited to announce the release of The Baby in Yellow on Steam and introduce a whole new audience to the creepiness of our game,” said Greg Lee, CEO of Team Terrible.

“Launching to Early Access allows us to expand and fine tune our established content as well as introduce achievements, quality of life changes and other updates to the game. We can’t wait to see how the community will react to the planned updates on Steam!”

Explore the depths of the unknown in The Black Cat update as you journey through a strange and eerie world following the black cat who has transported you to a place beyond your wildest nightmares. With the help of a new robotic companion (Newt), you must navigate through twisted landscapes, solve intricate puzzles and unravel the secrets of The Baby’s dark origins. But be warned, The Baby is hot on your tail and will stop at nothing to get what it wants. Will you survive your journey with the Black cat or will you fall victim to the horrors that await?

About The Baby in Yellow
In this hit Lovecraft-inspired babysitting game, play as a childminder looking after a baby who is possessed by a demon trying to thwart your endeavours. In a bizarre mix of comedy and horror, with enriching lore embedded in the background, brave five nights of uncanny behaviour and unravel the mysteries behind the erratic toddler.
