Press release:
Valencia, Spain – February 1st, 2023.
The Valencia-based (Spain) indie games developer Chibig team are today very excited and happy to announce that they have just launched the Kickstarter campaign for their magical adventure “Mika and the Witch’s Mountain”!
Furthermore, Chibig has also just announced that they have released a brand-new gameplay trailer for “Mika and the Witch’s Mountain” (you can watch the said trailer further down the page!). So be sure to check that one out!
Other than that, Chibig also announced that they will release a time-limited demo for “Mika and the Witch’s Mountain” via the 2023 February edition of Steam Next Fest. So be sure to keep your eyes open for that demo on Steam!
The new trailer shows never-before-seen gameplay footage about the island where this little adventure takes place and its inhabitants.
This new content accompanies the launch of the Kickstarter campaign, which starts today with a goal of €40,000 that will allow the team to finish the game and release it later this year.
Mika’s adventures don’t end here, because next week the game’s demo will be part of the first Steam Next Fest 2023.
Players will be able to try out a small piece of what will be the full adventure and, of course soar with Mika’s magic broom, the game’s main and most eye-catching mechanic.
About Mika and the Witch’s Mountain: this is a fantasy adventure about an aspiring witch who delivers packages to the townspeople of a small island.
Take your magic broom and discover all the secrets hidden in the mountain while getting to know its charming inhabitants. Work hard and get a magic broom good enough to achieve your goal: to go to the top of the mountain.
