The Poland-based indie games publisher Gaming Factory and indie games developer VRAAR today announced with great joy and thrill that their medieval-themed jousting/action game “Jousting VR” is coming to PC VR (Oculus Quest, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive) via Steam in Q2 2022.

Welcome to medieval times. Times of Jousting. Become a brave knight faithful to the principles of chivalry. Put your armor on, jump on a horse, grab your lance and try to make a history by winning the royal tournament. And remember that “To risk life to save a smile on a face of a woman or a child is the secret of chivalry.”

ABOUT JOUSTING VR
Enter the royal market courtyard in the 13th century Europe. Become a knight who joined the medieval tournament with one simple goal – to become its champion. Jump on your trusty steed, grab your lance and try to defeat other knights. Take into consideration speed, accuracy, strength and the equipment you’ll have at hand. The better gear the bigger chances you’ll have of staying in the saddle. Oh, and don’t forget that all the other knights want to win just as much as you do. But if you beat them the king’s treasure that’s more valuable to him than all the kingdom’s gold coins, will be yours.

JOUSTING VR – MAIN FEATURES

Physics based gameplay – experience exciting fights based on true lance fighting physics.
Character progression – knightly tournaments in which only the best advance to the next stages.
Character customization – choose who do you want to be and how do you want to look.
Challenge mode – smash hanging items with your exceptional aim, that will help you hit the target.
The joy of destruction – helmets, armors, shields, crash and smash all of the enemy gear!
Various equipment to chose from – unlock new gear or upgrade the old one in exchange for earned points.
PVP mode – race with other players, to smash items for points.

Jousting VR is being developed by VRAAR studio. The game will be published by Gaming Factory on Oculus Quest, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive in Q2 2022.
