Press release:
Austin, Texas – Nov. 17, 2020.
The US-based indie games developer Hidden Achievement are today very excited and happy to announce that they have just released a brand-new update for their metroidvania sci-fi shooter “Outpost Delta” for PC, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch (the PS4 version of the update will be released sometime this month).
The latest update for this title includes a new map to help players navigate the environment, a new record log to read all communications, new boss fight music, and improvements to levels.
Additionally, some smaller game changes include level design improvements, controller improvements, various bug fixes, and improvements to enemy AI.
In Outpost Delta, players take on the role of Delta, an emergency defense drone located on the outpost of an abandoned research station that’s gone unnoticed for years. Suddenly, an army of invasive aliens known as the Klaath attempt to invade the ship and infiltrate its secrets.
While taking on these intruders, players have the ability to control the station’s gravity and roam around or engage combat in zero-g mode (zero gravity). This provides innovative solutions to fight opponents by turning up the force to blast enemies in air or drop them to crush the aliens on the floor.
Outpost Delta is now available for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Media review copies are available by emailing the contact below.
