The Canada-based indie games publisher Sparks Forge games and indie games developer PlayTogether Studio. today announced with great delight and joy that their multiplayer narrative escape game “Mad Experiments: Escape Room 2” is coming to PC via Steam Early Access on March 8th, 2022.

“Mad Experiments: Escape Room 2″ is a multiplayer narrative escape game that follows on from the acclaimed first game ” Mad Experiments: Escape Room” and will take you even further into the madness of the Cheshire Institute. Team up with up to 6 players or play alone, solve mind-blowing puzzles and escape the rooms in less than 60 minutes.

Trapped in Professor Cheshire’s mysterious mansion, players will have to explore and cooperate to get out of the rooms in the allotted time. Each room has its own secrets, puzzles… and story bits on Hildegarde and Professor Cheshire

“Mad Experiment: Escape Room 2” will offer a first room to escape from, and a prologue at launch, which will be revealed at Steam Next Fest in February. Two more rooms will be added to complete the Cheshire manor adventure.

The story comes on the heels of the first installment “Mad Experiment: Escape Room”, which was released in April 2020 on Steam and received over 80% positive reviews from players. Recognised as a truly immersive, fun and team-building experience for companies (and video game studios), “Mad Experiment: Escape Room” was also nominated for Best Music and Fans’ Choice at the Canadian Game Awards.
