The Denver-based indie games publisher Versus Evil and independent game studio Jukai Studio, are today very happy and thrilled to announce that their nightmarish psychological thriller “Stray Souls” is now available for PC (via Steam) and consoles (PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and the Xbox One) via digital stores for $29.99.

“We’re so excited to finally be able to share the entirety of Stray Souls with everyone after years of hard work,” said Artur Łączkowski, Owner & Director at Jukai Studio.

“We’re all huge horror game aficionados, so being able to work with legends like Akira Yamaoka on this was a dream come true. To commemorate this launch, Watcher’s popular YouTube paranormal investigation series Ghost Files recently aired its Stray Souls-inspired episode, in which hosts Ryan Bergara and Shane Madej conduct their first private home investigation for the show. Utilizing some of the same tactics Daniel uses in the game, the Ghoul Boys attempt to make contact with the spirits who haunt both the home and the Duyck family.

Featuring new music by legendary Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoka and using the power of Metahuman technology and Unreal Engine 5, characters and environments are authentically brought to life, throwing you straight into the dread and dismay of the narrative.
