The London and Singapore-based indie games publisher Kepler Interactive and Paris-based (France) indie games developer Sloclap (From the team that created Sifu), are today super happy and excited to announce that their online multiplayer football game “Rematch“, is coming to PC and consoles on June 19th (2025).

Fans are able to preorder now across three available versions to make sure they are ready for kick-off. Registrations for Open Beta on April 18 are open now at www.playrematch.com/.

The anticipated second trailer was released today for Rematch, giving fans a new, closeup look at the game’s team-based mechanics and signature football moves you will have to master if you want to win:

Aspiring pros can join the open beta by registering at www.playrematch.com. The beta runs from April 18 – 19 on PC/Steam and will feature all of the excitement of 5v5 and 4v4 matches around the world. Start training now to be the best you can be when the game drops on June 19.

Teamwork, strategy and skill are at the core of Rematch. Set against a variety of virtual backdrops, Rematch brings forth the core essence of what it means to play football from the perspective of the player on the field.

The gameplay is designed for nonstop competitive play – there are no fouls, offsides or VAR. Control one player on the field for an intense showdown of 5v5, or choose from a variety of quickplay modes, evolving tactics and decisions to fit the moment-to-moment needs of the match. Just like the beautiful game in real life, precision is everything.
