Stunlock Studios today have published their latest Dev Update discussing one of V Rising’s foundational elements, Castle building.

What’s a vampire without it’s coffin? In order to survive, it has to be kept safe. In V Rising, castles play a prominent role in the success of any vampire; it is where they recover, craft weapons and armor, mix potions, store loot, house servants and most importantly hosts the Castle Heart!

“The center of the castle is called the Castle Heart and it will serve as the foundation of your stronghold. As long as blood is pumping through the Castle Heart, your crafting and production stations will be working to provide you with everything you need to empower yourself for your dark escapades.”
