Press release:
Frankfurt, 28 October 2016 – Deck13 Games and Burning Arrow today announced the release of the next major update for The Other 99. Version 0.2 has just been unleashed to Steam.

After the successful launch on Early Access in August, The Other 99 has already had a few minor patches – but the time has come for a massive update. With the bunker, a new storyline has been introduced, shedding light on to some of the mysteries of the deadly island. This story will continue to be updated and will play into the larger story. However, we won’t spoil all its secrets just yet.

Besides the new storyline, continual visual improvements are being made to the island itself along with updated character uniforms. The combat system has continued to be improved, with new behaviours and animations. A new save system is now also in place – but don’t think that this will make surviving any easier! Remember: Once you’re dead, you’re dead.
