The Chongqing-based (China) indie games developer and publisher BluSped Studio, today announced with great joy and thrill that their pixel-style RPG/sim “Wind Story“, is now available for PC via Steam Early Access. The game is also available for the Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo Eshop.

Wind Story is an immersive game where players settle at Wind Chime Ranch to experience rural life through farming, breeding, and fishing. They can roam flower fields during the day and enjoy social activities by the lakeside bonfire at night. As they progress, they can attract more visitors and build various facilities like accommodations, windmills, and restaurants.

The game offers players extensive freedom to cultivate crops, care for animals, fish, mine, and gather resources like mushrooms and flowers. They can interact with other characters, prepare meals, and gradually build facilities such as hospitals and amusement parks to turn the ranch into a resort. These additions help attract more visitors and expand the ranch’s offerings.

Players can explore the world, capture or cultivate pets, and involve them in ranch construction. Pets can also be taken on adventures to fight monsters and protect the ranch. Ultimately, players can shape the ranch into a place they love.

The current Early Access version contains a complete game mode, including planting, logging, fishing, mining, building, pet raising, pet assignment, and battles.

It also contains more than 90 types of supplies, 10 types of buildings, 20 types of pets, 10 types of manufactured items, and 40 types of foo.

The game includes various ordinary plots, missions, weather, and sea islands, as well as pirate battles, plant mutations to fight pirates, wild animals hunting, tools and weapons.
